Peter A Calitri was a proud U.S. Navy veteran and former sailor aboard the USS John F. Kennedy aircraft carrier (CV-67). He was a Needham High School graduate and owner of P.A Calitri construction. He loved to fish and spend time on his boat.

He was the father of Jason Calitri, Michelle Pittman, Leah Gutierrez and grandfather of Amma Maya, Spencer Pittman, Tyler Pittman, Gianni Gutierrez, Lorenzo Gutierrez and brother of Pam Balabanis.

A ceremony will be held in the spring at St. Mary's cemetery.
