Susan Thomas [founded] Camelot Weimaraners in Ashaway, Rhode Island, an award-winning, world-class Weimaraner kennel. Susan is a longtime member of the Weimaraner Club of America and the Yankee Weimaraner Club. After suffering a medical condition, she was no longer able to breed her championship Weimaraners, and her family moved her into a beautiful nursing facility near Boston.
Through the power of the internet and God, we were able to find Trace [her favorite weimaraner] about a year ago after we lost our beloved Zeus. We had never met Susan until today.
It was special. Powerful. They had not seen each other in over a year.
Trace was the last dog left. The family sold the business. And Trace has been an absolute blessing to us. We needed to thank his mother, and today we did.
God bless.
