BORRELLI, David James, MD - Of Needham, on Saturday, February 9, 2008.  Beloved husband of Cheryl (Freedman).  Loving father of Jonah of Somerville and Anna of Needham.  Dear brother of Deborah Katz of Manhattan, Nancy Borrelli of Millis and Stephen Borrelli of Needham.  Son of the late Samuel and Catherine (Mac Neil) Borrelli.  Son-in-law of Manuel and Lillian Freedman of FL.  Brother-in-law of Dr. Barrett Katz of Manhattan, Dr. Alan Freedman of CA, Berton Freedman of Queens and Neal Freedman of Stoughton.  Uncle of several nieces and nephews.

Services at the Levine Chapel, 470 Harvard St., BROOKLINE, on Monday, Feb 11 at 12 noon.  Burial in Beit Olam Cemetery, Wayland.

Memorial Observance will be at his late residence immediately following burial and continuing on Tuesday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM.  In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Massachusetts general Hospital Gastrointestinal Cancer Center, 55 Fruit Street, Boston, MA 02114.  Levine Chapels, Brookline.
